Common questions.
Can I really build a site without knowing how to code?
Yes. All you do is describe your business in a paragraph. You pick the template and the colors, the AI writes the copy, and you publish with one click. Servers, DNS, SSL — none of it is your problem.
How long does it take?
The first draft is ready in a few minutes. Editing the copy and adding your photos usually takes about half an hour. You can be live the same day.
Does the AI pick the colors?
No, you do. That's deliberate: AI-picked palettes rarely match your brand and fixing them is a chore. In Certexian you set the palette; the AI only writes the copy.
How is the price set? Is there any negotiation?
No negotiation. The two memberships — Basic Site and Advanced Site — cost what the membership section says, monthly or yearly, the same for everyone.
Do you also build sign-in, accounts or database work?
A site with a booking calendar and forms is the Advanced Site plan — it builds from the dashboard like the Basic Site. Visitor sign-in, customer accounts, admin panels and custom database work aren't something we sell.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes — and you can publish it too. Your first site stays live for free at app.certexian.com/your-address with our credit line in the footer. Your own domain, an unbranded footer and editing by chat come with the Advanced Site plan.
Can I connect my own domain?
Every published site gets a free address like app.certexian.com/your-name. Your own domain is included with the Advanced Site plan on yearly billing; on the Basic Site plan it is sold separately. Registering a domain from the dashboard is still in preparation — until it opens, write to us and we connect a domain on your behalf.
Is the payment one-off?
No — it is a membership. You pay monthly or yearly; the builder, hosting, SSL, updates and your AI credits are included for as long as the membership runs. Yearly billing is taken once a year and works out cheaper. Cancel whenever you like: the site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
If the site goes offline, is my content deleted?
No. Your content stays in the dashboard; when you republish, you pick up where you left off. If you connected your own domain, it stays yours — move it to another provider whenever you like.
Can I change the content later?
Any time. Open the dashboard, click the text, edit it. Changes go live instantly.
Can I build an e-commerce site?
Not in Basic Site or Advanced Site — a cart, checkout and stock aren't part of either plan, and we don't build them separately. If you need a shop, an off-the-shelf e-commerce platform is the better fit, and we'll tell you so plainly.
Can I get a .com.tr domain?
The dashboard is being wired up to register .com domains. .com.tr requires company paperwork and a separate application. Either way, write to us for now and we'll handle the registration on your behalf.
